Azure Terrace Kalamaki

Eudora is our freshly renovated, 78 sq. m., 2 bedroom apartment with private parking and a private sea view sun terrace with amazing view to the sea, located in Kalamaki, Chania. It sits 500 meters walk from the sandy beach of Kalamaki, while the famous sandy beach of Agioi Apostoloi, is another 300 meters away. Moreover, located 1100 meters away from the exit to national road, you have easy access to Chania town and all the known landmarks of Chania, like Balos, Elafonisi and Samaria Gorge.

Eudora Apartment sits at the top floor of our home. It has its very own private entrance and a fenced private parking with door. Coming inside straight from the road, you will cross a small garden and you will be led directly to the private stairs that will lead you straight to the apartment’s entrance. Inside you will find yourselves directly in the living area, where there is a 3-seater sofa and a large 55 inches smart TV. Moreover, there are 2 balcony doors here. The one on your left, will lead you to the front balcony with side view to the sea. The second, the one to the right, will lead you to a small balcony that takes you via a stee; spiral staircase to the sea view rooftop. Here, there is a large siting area with a 2-seater sofa, 2 chairs, as well as the 2 sun loungers that you can enjoy any part of the day or night. Right across the living room, there is the dining area which comfortably sits up to 4 persons. To the left, there is the kitchen room separated with a bench, from the rest of the house. The kitchen is well equipped with all electric appliances needed, for cozy both shorter and longer stays, like an espresso machine, an oven, a 4-stove burner, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher and a kettle among other. A small corridor will take you from the living area to the bathroom and the 2 bedrooms. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and hot water throughout the hole year powered by solar energy and for the cloudy days, there is water heater to heat up the water. There is also a hair-dryer, as well as toiletries such as hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. The master bedroom has a large double (160x200 cm) king size bed and plenty of storage area for your clothes, even if staying for longer term. The window overlooks the Cretan countryside in the distance. The shaders on the window allow for comfortable sleep, anytime of the day/ night. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a wardrobe and a balcony door that leads to this bedroom’s own, private balcony. The two bedrooms sits comfortably up to 4 persons. Both bedrooms as well as the large indoor area comprised of the living room, the kitchen and the dining area, have their own air-conditioning, allowing for independent heating or cooling of each room.
